All pieces available at Katie's Diamonds are original, one-of-a-kind diamond art works. Due to the delicate and irreplaceable nature of each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at [your email]. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and find a resolution.

We encourage you to review all product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece prior to buying, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.
